I should take a note from the elf and give my skin some attention! I've got a couple new masks on the way to me that I'll dip into soon. And review! Fab Freddy... fab is everything.
Fab Freddy, you could have at least told us that James was doing his closed-eye toddler version of a smile. Ah, well. We managed to get a good shot (not this one) without your tips.
Two kisses and a glittery reindeer. He's on top of it!
It's that time again! Fab Freddy is back and feeling good. He's actually wired. No, really. I ran 20-gauge aluminum wire (doubled up) up his arms and legs so he has a prayer at posing this time around. He appreciates the lack of tape residue that will result! He's a tidy, fabulous little elf. Unfortunately, the arrival of Fab Freddy's and his glittery steed was poorly timed and he had to wait around for the kids to come home from their second outing of the day.
Yes, spoiled me got two golden alone-time opportunities. I used the first to watch a movie (Love Actually!) and shove popcorn into my face. Their second outing gave me the opportunity to tidy up and get to a couple projects. There is nothing more head-clearing for me.
But it wasn't so fun for Fab Freddy. He moved the Hershey Kisses from his lap to each hand. He shifted his position. He got bored.
Then, finally... the kids came home! Crazy carseat hair and all.
Once again, they ran right by Fab Freddy, paying him and his Hershey Kisses no mind. An alarming repeat of last year. James was led back for another look. Fab Freddy was clearly nervous in anticipation.
The joyous moment of recognition happened, however briefly. It didn't last much longer than the chocolate!
Ah, well. Fab Freddy, it's good to be back! For us both.
Good wishes for a wonderful December for you and yours!
